Meet the Team

Founder & Director
Erica Hatrick
ATR, LPC, C-DBT
Hi, I'm Erica! I'm a licensed counselor, art therapist, and certified dialectical behavior therapist. From a young age, I’ve been curious about how life’s ups and downs shape our emotions, our choices, and the ways we connect with ourselves and others. I see therapy as a brave and transformative process—one where I have the honor of walking alongside you as a guide and witness. Together, we’ll explore the layers of your inner story, build resilience, and gently uncover new ways of being that feel more aligned, empowered, and authentic. Whether you're navigating big transitions, seeking clarity, or simply needing space to feel seen, my goal is to help you move forward with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

Francesca Mascola
LPC-A, ATR-P
Hello! I'm Francesca, an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor and Provisional Art Therapist. I hold a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in Studio Art from UConn and a Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling from Albertus Magnus College, where I received the Laurel Award for Excellence in Research for my thesis on using the Bird’s Nest Drawing to predict attachment style in adult children of alcoholics. I have experience supporting young adults in a college counseling center and working with adolescents in a residential facility, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders. With a blend of counseling and art therapy, I help clients explore their inner worlds through creative expression while navigating life’s challenges. Whether through conversation or art, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for healing.
