Owner & Therapist

Erica Hatrick

ATR, LPC, C-DBT

Hi, I’m Erica! I’m a licensed counselor, art therapist, and certified dialectical behavior therapist with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are ready to explore themselves deeply and thoughtfully, with a little humor and lightheardedness sprinkled in. I believe you are the expert of your own experience—and my role is to walk beside you as a guide and witness, helping to illuminate patterns, clarify values, and support meaningful self-discovery.

I bring a wide range of experience to my work, including supporting at-risk youth, individuals with diverse intellectual and physical abilities, and facilitating wellness programming within the Milford public school system. My graduate thesis explored the effectiveness of combined holistic modalities for stress reduction. While these experiences continue to inform my approach to therapy, I also have embarked on personal journeys of spirituality and self-exploration through classes on Shamanism, journeying, and obtaining my Reiki II.

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the way our life experiences shape emotional well-being and influence how we move through the world. I see therapy as a courageous and transformative process where healing comes from feeling truly seen, accepted, and empowered to make intentional choices. Together, we’ll explore your inner landscape, strengthen your sense of self, and create space for growth that aligns with who you are and what you want for your life.

Whether you’re navigating transitions, healing from past experiences, or simply seeking a space to reflect and reconnect, I’m here to support your journey with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

Associate Clinician

Francesca Mascola

LPC-A, ATR-P

Hello! I'm Francesca, an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor and Provisional Art Therapist. I hold a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Sciences with a minor in Studio Art from UConn and a Master’s in Art Therapy and Counseling from Albertus Magnus College, where I received the Laurel Award for Excellence in Research for my thesis on using the Bird’s Nest Drawing to predict attachment style in adult children of alcoholics. I have experience supporting young adults in a college counseling center and working with adolescents in a residential facility, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and eating disorders. With a blend of counseling and art therapy, I help clients explore their inner worlds through creative expression while navigating life’s challenges. Whether through conversation or art, I strive to create a safe, supportive space for healing.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?'"
